Beansprout Consulting was founded in March 2020 by Tony Green to help small and mid-sized businesses build the operational systems they need to grow. We are based in Georgia and work with businesses locally and remotely across the United States. We build workflow automation systems and custom internal tools that replace manual processes with systems that run without constant owner involvement. Most small business owners are the system. Every approval, follow-up, and decision flows through them. That works at five employees and breaks at fifteen. We fix that by building the actual system, not recommending one. Every engagement starts with a workflow audit, moves into a custom build designed around how the business actually operates, and ends with a working system handed off to your team with training and documentation. Projects are scoped at $15,000 with a fixed price agreed before any work begins. No retainers, no open-ended billing. If your business has steady revenue but the operations behind it are held together with manual work and spreadsheets, that is exactly the problem we were built to solve.
